GTA VI Collectibles Map — What We Know So Far
GTA VI isn't out yet, so no collectible list is final — this is every collectible system credibly reported for Leonida, each tagged by how solid the intel is, with a source. Markers appear only where a source actually places one; everything else waits in the panel below the map. Hit “Mark found” on spots you've caught in the trailers — progress syncs to My Assets and this page becomes the real checklist at launch.
Markers sit on the community-made Leonida map (tiles © map.gtadb.org & the GTA VI mapping community, CC BY 4.0) — or flip to real Florida to see each spot's real-world analog. Positions are community-verified where identified, otherwise projected from real-world analogs and tagged approximate. Every unofficial entry cites its source. A fan project, not affiliated with Rockstar Games.
Every reported collectible system
The type-level intel — including systems nobody can place on the map yet (14 spots are mapped so far). Each entry says exactly what was seen and where the claim comes from.
GTA VI's first officially confirmed collectible hunt — the Ultimate Edition's Classic Car Collection: “Track down a variety of abandoned classic and work-in-progress project cars and revitalize them to their former glory in this special commission from eccentric collector and local fixer, Wyman.” It directly continues the 2022 leak's Wyman car-parts collectibles.
Seen: Listed as 'Classic Car Collection' on Rockstar Support's official editions page; Rockstar's edition copy quoted verbatim by Kotaku and VGC (Jun 24, 2026).
Claimed count: 4 — cars community-identified in official screenshots so far (GTABase tally — Rockstar has not published a total)
The closest leak evidence to a GTA V-style underwater-wreck set: four “Hidden Tide Objects” entries — WW2 Plane, Tank, Cannon, Anchor — in the community transcription of debug event names from the leaked builds. The mapping community has placed one so far (a submerged tank off Vice Beach); the other three have names only.
Seen: All four entries verified directly in the GTAForums compilation of world-event names from the two leaked builds.
Claimed count: 4 — leak debug event names: WW2 Plane, Tank, Cannon, Anchor
RDR2-style one-off discoveries in the leaked events list: Mine Shaft Discovery, Quarry Car Find, Whale Graveyard, Sunken Airboat, Mummified Old Lady, Kraken Sculpture, Register Stone, Abandoned Observatory, Dead Paraglider and an Everglades plane crash — plus easter-egg entries (UFO, Skunk Ape, Message in a Bottle). Only the Abandoned Observatory has a community-suggested position so far.
Seen: Names verified directly in the GTAForums compilation and the leak doc’s “Possible In-World Finds” section.
Claimed count: 1368 — world/ambient event names transcribed from the leaked builds (community tally; many are non-interactive scenes)
Official on three fronts: the GTA VI site’s Mount Kalaga copy (“prime hunting, fishing, and off-road trails”), an official screenshot of Jason fishing with Cal Hampton, and Rockstar’s Squalo boat copy naming Gambit Bay for “casting … and reeling in catches of all sorts.” Whether animals and catches feed a compendium-style checklist is unannounced.
Seen: Official area + edition copy (documented by gta.wiki and GamesRadar+); official screenshots show rifle hunters in the park.
Claimed count: 31 — wildlife species evidenced in official material (GTABase community tally; 8 more are leak-only)
The hobbies-and-pastimes layer that historically backbones GTA 100% checklists, catalogued from official material by GameSpot, Red Bull and Dexerto: pool, mini golf, basketball, tennis, gym, MMA cage fighting, dirt-bike racing, jet ski, kayak, hunting, fishing, scuba, nightclubs, gator shooting, an observation wheel and boat tours. Venues the community can already place — the mud park, the raceway, the mini-golf course and more — are pinned on the map.
Seen: GameSpot’s activity gallery (May 2025) traces each activity to a specific trailer moment or official screenshot; Red Bull and Dexerto independently corroborate the roster.
Claimed count: 13 — activities GTABase counts as confirmed; outlet tallies of trailer-spotted activities run 17–22
Official June 2026 copy confirms a collect-and-sell loot economy: a local Fence will “accept most stolen goods at a reasonably discounted rate,” and hot items “can also be stored securely in a Stash Box at any of your Personal Garages or Safehouses.” Ultimate Edition adds the Paradise Garage fence deposit (Watson Bay) and the PTT Youngin$ compound raid in Southside Vice City for “special items and distinct contraband.”
Seen: Rockstar gameplay/edition copy quoted verbatim by GamesRadar+ and Kotaku (Jun 24, 2026).
The leaked build’s item economy: collectibles carry a circle pickup icon (seen on Wyman’s car-parts box, with a DYNAMIC “movable” flag), shipping containers open for loot (“stash gold” / “stash cash stack” into a duffle bag), bodies can be looted and carried, and Jason’s special ability greys the screen while valuables glow.
Seen: Debug overlays and mechanics documented in the community leak compilation (quotes verified) and GTABase’s Sep 2022 leak round-up.
Vice City is dense with murals: Stockyard reads as the Wynwood arts-district analog (Trailer 1’s car-meet street is wall-to-wall graffiti) and Trailer 2 shows San4San gang murals in a Haitian-culture style. Street art is NOT a confirmed collectible type — it’s mapped here because murals are a classic completion staple and the community has geolocated instances.
Seen: gta.wiki: Stockyard “appears to be based on … Wynwood … particularly its art sub-district”; IGGM’s Trailer 2 analysis: San4San graffiti “surrounded by Haitian-culture mural art”; gtadb has geolocated the Vice Beach Welcome Mural.
Officially depicted: a May 2025 Rockstar screenshot shows two divers over a living Leonida Keys reef; a dive boat appears in Trailer 1 (0:35); the 2022 leak separately confirmed diving as an activity, with a Speargun in its weapon lists. No dive-site checklist is confirmed and no source geolocates the reef — so no marker yet.
Seen: GTA6Intel (verified): “two unidentified Scuba Divers exploring the waters around the Leonida Keys” in an official screenshot; Rockstar’s Keys blurb: “some of the most beautiful and dangerous waters in all of America.”
The only GTA VI entry on GTA Wiki’s collectibles list: leak footage shows a Classique-branded box of used car parts with debug text “Collectibles_Car_Parts” (prop name “WymanCarPartsBoxedGenericUsed”), linked to a “PG Car Fence” event — car parts you can likely collect for Wyman. The box appears in Vice City; no locations are published.
Seen: Leak doc (verified): “On the box debug text is written Collectibles_Car_Parts”; gta.wiki: “a dynamic prop consisting of a box of used car parts in Vice City, internally named WymanCarPartsBoxedGenericUsed.”
RDR2-style wearable finds: in a leak clip of Jason in an apartment, the hat a developer handles carries debug text “AmbientCollectibleHat.” The string is community-transcribed from the footage (no press corroboration), so this is held at “likely” rather than certain.
Seen: Leak doc (verified): “the hat the developer is playing with is a collectible … debug text stating it is an AmbientCollectibleHat”; GTAForums analysis (Nov 2023): “hats and car parts can be collected.”
A single leak clip (2021 build) shows a bottom-right notification that the player “found a new livery” while riding a Maibatsu Sanchez — read by the community as an RDR2-compendium-style discovery layer. Single-sourced, and the clip alone doesn’t prove liveries sit at fixed world spots.
Seen: Leak doc (verified): “Jason rides a Maibatsu Sanchez which in the bottom right corner, says that the player has found a new livery for it”; gta.wiki independently lists a “Sanchez (livery)” variant.
Trailer 1 is framed through in-game smartphones and parody social apps (Instagram-, TikTok- and YouTube-alikes), and journalists expect a player-facing capture system — the natural host for Snapmatic-style photo collectibles. Rockstar has announced no photo mode or camera app either way.
Seen: Digital Camera World (Dec 2023): “I’d be willing to bet … we’ll need to capture something for the mock social media platforms”; GameSpot (Jun 2026): the game “feels tailor made to be seen through a lens.”
An official Trailer 2-era beach shot shows an NPC sweeping the sand with a metal detector — Rockstar’s buried-collectible tool in Red Dead Online. Only ambient NPC behavior is shown; a player-usable detector or buried-stash loop is unconfirmed, and the beach isn’t named, so there’s no marker.
Seen: DBLTAP frame analysis (May 2025, quote verified): “a man is using a metal detector, and a lifeguard is looking out to sea with binoculars.”
FAQ
Are GTA VI collectibles confirmed?
Rockstar hasn’t published a collectibles list yet, so nothing here is final. Every entry is tiered by how solid the intel is — confirmed (shown or stated by Rockstar), leaked (documented from the September 2022 leak), reported (named-outlet reporting) or rumored (identifiable community trailer analysis) — and every non-official entry links its source. Anonymous “insider” claims are excluded entirely.
Where do the map positions come from?
Only from published sources: a community-verified game-map coordinate, a named landmark the mapping community has placed, or the spot’s real-world Florida analog projected onto the community Leonida map (those are tagged approximate). Systems nobody can place yet are listed below the map without markers — we never invent coordinates.
Can I track collectibles before launch?
Yes — click any marker and hit “Mark found” to tick off the spots you’ve spotted in trailers and screenshots. Progress saves in your browser instantly, syncs to your free account, and rolls up on the My Assets tracker. At launch this page becomes the real collectible checklist.
Will this update before launch?
Yes — as Rockstar releases trailers and previews ahead of the November 19, 2026 launch, entries are added and upgraded (rumored → confirmed) with fresh sources. Bookmark it and check back.
