It becomes your owned-asset & GTA$ net-worth tracker at launch.

Regions, districts, landmarks & properties you've ticked “Mark found” on the GTA VI map.
Found locations come from the “Mark found” button on the map — tick “Hide found” there to clear them off as you go. It's completion progress, separate from the seen checklist above.
