Hank's Waffles is one of the Restaurant properties in Grand Theft Auto VI, found in Port Gellhorn. It is modelled on the Waffle Shoppe, Panama City Beach. Both Jason and Lucia are tied to it in the story shown so far. A Port Gellhorn diner from an early Jason/Lucia robbery mission in the Sept 2022 leak (they take the staff and customers hostage).
