Ocean View Hotel is one of the Hotel properties in Grand Theft Auto VI, found in Ocean Drive, Vice Beach. It is modelled on The Clevelander, Ocean Drive. Art-deco Ocean Drive hotel with a neon-pink logo and ground-floor bar, seen in Trailer 1. It was Tommy Vercetti's first safehouse back in 2002's Vice City.
